Week 4 | Day 4 | Activity 3: Top Secret Street Art (Six Points) | Summer Learning Journey

For this activity we were asked to chose two out of many street arts and compare them. We had to write two differences and one similarity. This activity was inspired by Banksy. Banksy is an influential artist from England. He is very secretive and very little people know about who he really is; he creates his art in secret. Banksy uses stencils to create his art. A stencil is a thin sheet made of: plastic, metal or card.

  1. Hello Farzana!,
What a great Venn diagram you have created about those street arts. Those graffitis look awesome. I have enjoyed reading about the differences and similarities between these street arts. Which street art do you like the most? and why?

    Great Work!

    1. Hi Sakina!
First, I would like to thank you for commenting on my blog posts! My favourite grafiti out of the two is the first one. Although the second one looks nice too, I think the first one looks really cool.I like how the yellow complements the blue very well. Yellow and Blue are my favourite colours. Thank you for the comment!

  2. Hi Farzana! This is a really cool Venn Diagram - I like your ideas for the two street art you chose, which are really intriguing. I've noticed that when we're writing the differences, we go into more detail and are more specific. Which one is your favorite? I personally think both are really exciting. Nice work!

Thank you for completing another activity, you're doing such a great job! :)

Wow - I like the street art you chose. What made them stand out to you when you were doing this activity?

I wonder if there is any hidden symbolism or meaning in the pieces of art. Do you have any ideas?

    Looking forward to your reply!

  5. Hi Farzana,
I liked how you described what colours and shapes the art pieces had, as well as where they are. I find it interesting that people can create such nice looking pieces of art, would you want to make things like that one day?
