Athletics Day

On Friday PBS held an athletics day. There were many sports such as: Surf/Lifesavers, Frisbee Shootout, Shotput/Ball throw, Sponge Relay, Egg & Spoon race, Discus and Gladiator Lilypad There was also the rest/dance station. The year fives started at the Frisbee Shootout station. We got points for the different activities expect for the Gladiator Lilypad. We were seperated into the Yellow team, Blue team, Green team & the Red team. We dressed up as our team colour. In the afternoon the 56 metre was held and the people who came first and second will be taking part in the race against different schools. My favourite activity was the sponge relay because I got wet and it was a hot day.
