LI: To make connection and to record facts in your own words.
The types of connections are: Text to Self, Text to Text & Text to World. We read a story about Kakapos and then had to complete a slide about information gathering. After we have showed our information gathering slide we had to finish the making connections DLO. We had to be specific on our connections. I went back for feedback a bunch of times. I enjoyed this activity.
