How to Tell the time | Maths
LI: To teach people how to tell the time.
This week for maths we had to create a DLO of telling the time. We first did activities so we have a good understanding of: Telling the time. We then had to start on the DLO. On a clock there is small lines that represent each minute. There is 60 minutes in total in an hour. The short thick line represent the hour hand. The long thin hand represents the minute hand. The clock is like fractions. The clock is divided in two parts. The to part which is on the left hand side and the past part which is on the right hand side. I enjoyed creating this DLO.
