Nervous System

Nervous System

A nervous system is a cell called neuron that sends your brain a message, and then the brain thinks then
give a response to the nerves and tells you what to do. Every organism has a nervous system and some
organisms don’t have a nervous system and you call that placozoans and mesozoans. For example

Placozoa don’t have brains but they still can sense, some animals have a PNS but some don’t have a
CNS like, shrimps, lobsters, and crabs and mollusks. However humans have both a CNS and PNS, we
also have nerves as well as a spinal cord and all the body parts in a CNS and PNS. Fun Fact: There are
100 billion neurons in your brain alone. I will be describing- What a nervous system is. How it works.
Why you need nerves.

Nerves carry the message to your brain and the brain has to think of a response fast. There are two parts
in the nervous system called the CNS (central nervous system) and the PNS (peripheral nervous system),

the central nervous system includes the nerves, brain, and spinal cord, and the peripheral nervous system
include the eyes, ears, mouth, nose, somatic and autonomic systems. If something or someone touches
you your nerves will sense it and send a message to the brain to get a response, however in hazardous

situations the nerves will skip the brain part and then go back down to the body part to tell the body part

to get your arm away from the substance or object.

What are nerves?
Nerves are specialized cells or fibres that carry messages to or from your brain to get a response about
the five senses either: touch, taste, sound, sight, and smell. Nerves are fibres in the body that transfers
impulses of sensation to the brain or spinal cord, and impulses from these to the muscles and organs
in the human body or other bodys.
How do nerves work?
The nervous system has two parts, called the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system
due to their location in the body. The central nervous system includes the nerves in the brain and spinal
cord. It does this by receiving signals from the brain and passing them on to the body.
What do nerves help you with?
Nerves help you with a reaction or to move. Your spinal cord receives information from the skin,
joints and muscles of your body. It also carries the nerves that control all your movements which is
part of the seven life processes. Your brain is the most complicated part of your nervous system.
Why do you need nerves?
The nervous system uses electrical and chemical means to help all parts of the body to communicate with
each other. The brain and spinal cord make up the central nervous system. Nerves everywhere else in
the body are part of the peripheral nervous system.
Where are your nerves?
The brain and spinal cord form the control center known as the central nervous system, where information
is evaluated and decisions made. The sensory nerves and sense organs of the peripheral nervous system
monitor.

Nerves are specialized cells called neurons that help you carry the message to or from the brain.
There are two parts in your nervous system called the CNS and the PNS, which stands for Central
Nervous System and Peripheral Nervous System. We have more nerve cells than the stars of Milky Way.
We all as humans cannot live without nerves. The Nervous System is like the Organ System.
