Recycling bottles
“Let’s go, hurry up!” yelled my cousin.
“Where are we going to?”asked my sister.
“To the park,” replied my cousin in an excited voice.
When we got to the park we were disgusted to find a lot of rubbish.
“What a lot of rubbish!” I shouted in disgust.
“Let’s recycle them by selling them.” “ It will be helpful for the planet,” replied my cousin.
“The bottles are rather clean,” exclaimed my sister.
“Come on we have a lot of work to do, it will take us a lot of time and we only have 2 more hours,” I told them.
“Then let’s get to work,” said my sister.
We collected the bottles and took them home and made them into pencil holders. It was a lot of work but it was also fun. We can sell them to people who don’t have a pencil holder. “I will ask dad if he can build the stand,”
“Dad can you please build the stand,” I asked excitedly.
“We sold a lot of pencil holders,” and felt proud our work. We all saved one holder each as a present to ourselves.
“Uhh I am exhausted,” moaned my cousin.
“Same,” I replied.
We helped our environment by recycling the bottles and making them into pencil holders. We ate something in the afternoon and had chips for a treat.
“Come on let’s go back and play at the park,” said my sister. “I hope we do not find more rubbish!”
“I wonder what we can make if we found a pile of paper?” I teased back.
