Homophones

LI. To identify the differences in meaning between common homophones.
This week for writing we learnt about homophones. We had to find the differences between words that sound the same but have different meaning. For example, rain and reign, rain means a a specific liquid that makes things wet, and reign means a royal king or queen ordering there kingdom or land to do something. There are a lot more homophones like, air/ear, their/there/, saw/sore/soar, sea/see, wear/where, and more.
