Today LS1 group A went to room seven to take part in a kiwi can session. We were talking about respect. We first played our energizer which was 'Tunnel Ball'.
We had to get into a circle and eliminate other opponents. Kaitlyn, Fau, Charlize and I were planning to get the boys first. It then came down to the last five. Alisha got eliminated so it was down to four people. Fau and Charlize won the round. I think the whole lesson in the game was to respect other people in the game. We then had a quick chat about respect for our community which was our topic.
Mr. Matt asked us how do you respect the community? Some people answered: picking up rubbish, caring for our community and ect. Mr. Matt then asked us what is in our community? People answered: Dairy's, shops, pools, libraries, and ect. We then got into our activity which was 'Hand Soccer'.
We got into two lines against the walls. In each group there was 11 people. We also named our group, my groups name was: The Alpha's, and the other teams name was: Funky Monkeys. We then got a number. I was number 5. It was whoever could get up to ten but we then changed it to twelve later on. Mr. Matt called out two numbers in each team. The winner was the funky monkeys.
