Kiwi Can | Respect
Today LS1 group A went to kiwi can to take part of our first session for term four. We had a new kiwi can leader which was Miss. Paige. She was replacing Miss. Lily. After Miss. Paige introduced herself to us. We talked about our new topic and theme.
Our theme and topic were: Respect, and respect for our school. We talked about what respect means and why we should use respect in our school and outside of our school. After that we played our energizer which was called: No rules vs Rules.
We were playing tag but without rules. Everyone had to tag eachother and it was very confusing for me because when people tagged me I didn't know if I should sit somewhere or keep playing. It was fun too. Then we played the tag with rules next. There was two taggers with a pool noodle. Everyone who got tagged had to sit on the lino. When we played the tag with rules I had more knowledge of what to do and it was more fun than the tag without any rules. I'd prefer the tag with rules better.
We then talked about the rules of our school. We answered and said: "No fighting", "No going out of the school boundaries" and ect. Miss. Paige and Mr. Matt asked us why and we said: "Because if you fight you can get injured badly", "Because if you fight it can affect your future self", "Because if you go out of school boundaries you can get run over a car" and "Because if you go out of school boundaries you might not know that you're tresspassing somewhere and get in trouble".
